Abstract:
The artificial intelligence is the technology of now and then, it’s already present in all sectors and domain, including the law.
The spread of the artificial intelligence in all domains make the legal expert to think and studier all the potential problems that AI can cause and may cause.
any sort of responsibility. Also to think of laws to protect those machines.
But for the law to become able to control the artificial intelligence, it has to become a subject of the law and gives it an identity, whether is it a think or a person to know which law to apply.
Anyhow, the law nowadays is completely not ready to deal with any problem that an AI may cause, especially the machines and robots with high degree of intelligence, what makes it necessary to invent new law that can suite this type of technology.
